Our Team Is On YOUR Side! The Gaydosh team?s real estate philosophy has been very simple, yet extremely focused on providing outstanding service in every aspect of our clients for life program. The team has achieved this through education, integrity, adaptability of change and a strong desire to understand the needs of their clients to experience a truly enjoyable and fulfilling real estate experience. In the early years working as an individual agent, Andrew quickly learned that for top producers to achieve the sales volume so often desired, many were sacrificing the needs and desires of their customers. Andrew was experiencing the same in his business. After recognizing the need to create a team to help support the rapidly growing business he set out to learn from the best, and that is exactly what he did. Attending countless seminars and National Conventions and entering in mentor relationships with some of the most successful agents in the County, Andrew realized he did not have to recreate the wheel, just emulate what these top producers were willing to share. Shortly thereafter the team had begun, yet the success has not come without a few growing pains. The willingness to adapt and learn has catapulted the Gaydosh Team to Top honors not only in the local market yet the State and National markets as well. Andrew was named one of the top five agents in the State of Indiana out of several thousand agents in the RE/MAX system, and as mentioned previously ranked in the top 1% of agents nationwide. Andrew has been asked to speak on his team?s success on numerous state and national occasions. The most coveted being asked to speak at the RE/MAX International Convention in San Diego California. The Convention was attended by more than 8000 of the world?s top agents. With this opportunity Andrew and his team have had the opportunity not only to teach, but to also learn from others that have also made the same commitment of service to their clients that exceeds all expectations with an ?it?s my pleasure attitude?.

Buying Land and New Construction >From the Ground Up
Buying land is different from buying a home, because you must resolve issues relative to land use restrictions, utilities, access and easements before building. When you locate land that seems right for your house, visit the local planning department before making an offer.
Ask whether city sewer, water and electricity are available. If not, you will need to calculate the expenses of installing a well and testing the soil for a septic system.
The land will be zoned for residential, business, or agricultural purposes. Does the zoning permit you to build the house you want? Are there easements on the lot that will limit where you can build or how you can access the property? Ask about the long-range plans for use of the surrounding land. The land will be more attractive if the city intends to build a park or new school nearby. But if a six-lane highway or a waste treatment facility are in the city's future plans, you may decide to look elsewhere for a place to build your dream home.
