Andrew was experiencing the same in his business. After recognizing the need to create a team to help support the rapidly growing business he set out to learn from the best, and that is exactly what he did. Attending countless seminars and National Conventions and entering in mentor relationships with some of the most successful agents in the County, Andrew realized he did not have to recreate the wheel, just emulate what these top producers were willing to share. Andrew was named one of the top five agents in the State of Indiana out of several thousand agents in the RE/MAX system, and as mentioned previously ranked in the top 1% of agents nationwide.
Andrew has been asked to speak on his team?s success on numerous state and national occasions. The most coveted being asked to speak at the RE/MAX International Convention in San Diego California. The Convention was attended by more than 8000 of the world?s top agents.
